Our huge thanks go to Sir Alex Ferguson, our long-serving Patron, for his recent donation to children’s cancer research.

Friends of Rosie received the generous donation from Sir Alex through The Elizabeth Hardie Ferguson Charitable Trust Fund. He set up the Trust in memory of his mother.

Sir Alex’s donation will go towards our three active children’s cancer research projects taking place over the coming year. We support new research ideas to improve the treatment, diagnosis, and prognosis of childhood cancer.

The Elizabeth Hardie Ferguson Charitable Trust supports many deserving causes within the UK. It is especially committed to the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.

The Trust also supports medical research charities. As well as supporting hospitals in need of medical equipment.
