Challenge Events

Whatever you’re in to – be it running, cycling, canoeing, climbing – you could do it for Friends of Rosie.  

Just pick your event from the hundreds that take place across the UK or overseas. You can go solo or get a team of friends, family or colleagues involved.

Once you’ve chosen your event, follow these simple steps: 

  1. Get in touch at info@friendsofrosie.co.uk and tell us about your challenge 
  2. Set up your online fundraising page by visiting – https://www.justgiving.com/ and click ‘start fundraising’, choosing Friends of Rosie as your charity.
  3. Get in touch with us if you’d like a T-shirt, Sponsorship Forms, or any Leaflet about the charity.
  4. Take photos of your event so we can share your success with our supporters 
  5. Let us know your final amount raised and how the event went
     

All fundraisers will receive a Friends of Rosie Certificate of Appreciation and thank you letter. 

Hosting Your Own Event

If challenge events aren’t your thing, you could hold a quiz, a bake sale, a concert or your own festival instead. We have the tools to help you! 

Once you’ve decided on your event and picked your time, date and location, just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Get in touch at info@friendsofrosie.co.uk and tell us about your fundraising event 
  2. Set up an online fundraising page by visiting – https://www.justgiving.com and click ‘start fundraising’, choosing Friends of Rosie as your charity.
  3. Get in touch with us if you’d like charity T-Shirts, Sponsorship Forms, Leaflets, Balloons or any help organising your event.  
  4. Capture the event on camera and share your images with us.
  5. Get in touch with your final fundraising amount. 


All fundraisers will receive a Friends of Rosie Certificate of Appreciation and thank you letter.
